The Conference will be held in the LNEC (Laboratorio Nacional de Engenharia Civil) Conference Center, in Lisbon. LNEC is located in the city, 3 Km from Lisbon airport and 7 Km to downtown. It is easily accessible through public transportation (metro or bus lines). Participants will have the possibility to reserve their accommodations in a wide range of hotels at special rates.
